Manomasa Sliders
Makes 10

• 500g minced beef
• 4 spring onions, finely sliced
• 3 tbsp. Fresh coriander, chopped
• 1 medium egg, beaten
• 2 bags of Manomasa Manchego & Green Olive tortilla chips, crushed
• 1 tbsp. oil
• 4 slices of cheese
• 10 slider buns
• Lettuce, Sliced tomatoes to serve

Place the mince in a large bowl then add the spring onions, coriander and egg, stir well to mix. Now mix in the crushed Manomasa chips.

With damp hands divide the mixture into 8 and shape into burgers large enough to fit your buns. Chill the burgers for 30 minutes.

Brush with oil and cook on the preheated grill for about 12 minutes until cooked through, turning halfway.

Split the buns and fill with lettuce & tomato before topping with the burger a few Manomasa chips and half a slice of cheese. Serve.
